Prior to beginning his career in real estate sales, Adam Hertz worked in mortgage lending and wealth management, an experience that helps him provide another dimension of service to his clients. Adam's experience also includes development of residential, commercial and multifamily properties.

Prior to beginning their careers in real estate sales, Brittni Hertz & Karli Hughes worked in property management for over 14 years as Managing Partners. Brittni and Karli's knowledge of Missoula's investment property and rental market is unparalleled and invaluable to clients seeking to expand their real estate investment portfolios.

Kristin Hertz began her real estate career in 2005 as a solo agent. Since 2008, she has worked in corporate wellness while also teaching yoga and meditation. Kristin always seeks to make her clients’ real estate experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible with her attention to detail, creativity and easy-going nature.

After finding and fixing up her dream farmhouse, Faith Schmitz fell in love with the process of finding the perfect home. Faith is a University of Montana grad, where she was a captain of the Division 1 golf team. Hard working and driven, Faith brings her joy and passion for serving others to Western Montana’s real estate market.

Janna Pummill, Hannah Appelhans and Dakota Belarde exclusively represent Hayden Homes for The Hertz Team with backgrounds in banking, credit and property management. With multiple communities in Western Montana, this dynamic trio makes the new construction home buying process fun, professional and stress free.

Haydee Caiga is The Hertz Team’s talented and dynamic Transaction Coordinator. In addition to helping ensure a smooth, organized and hassle-free transaction process, Haydee’s creativity helps fuel the team’s social media marketing efforts.

With diverse backgrounds in banking, wealth management, property management, corporate wellness and real estate development, the Hertz Team is well prepared to work with buyers and sellers of residential, land, multifamily, commercial, and business opportunities.

The Hertz Team is committed to serving our local community. Adam is a former member of the Montana House of Representatives, a former member of the Missoula City Council, past President of Habitat for Humanity of Missoula, a former member of the Montana Board of Housing and currently serves on Governor Greg Gianforte’s Housing Task Force. Brittni is a past board member of the ERA Lambros Community Foundation. Karli is a past President of the Western Montana chapter of the NARPM. Members of the Hertz Team actively volunteer for and donate to charitable causes throughout Western Montana, including Habitat for Humanity, CASA, United Way, Missoula Food Bank and many more. In 2022, Adam and Brittni launched the Adam and Brittni Hertz Charitable Endowment in order to continue supporting the community in perpetuity.
